Fleet Management & Services covers the leasing, management, and servicing of vehicle fleets for businesses: fleet leasing, maintenance management, fuel and telematics, and the outsourced administration of corporate vehicle fleets. It spans fleet-management majors (Element Fleet, Wheels/Donlen, Holman, Enterprise Fleet Management) and vehicle-leasing and rental providers; the underlying vehicle leasing/rental is sized under Consumer (Auto Rental & Leasing).

Demand is driven by corporate fleet outsourcing, the value of professional fleet management (cost, uptime, safety), and, increasingly, the complexity of fleet electrification (managing the transition to EVs, charging, and new total-cost-of-ownership models). It is consolidating around scaled fleet managers, with recurring leasing and management revenue, telematics/data, and EV-transition services the key growth drivers; it is one of the larger and more attractive specialty-transport segments.
